And now it transpires that the
Sun-Monitor, in the little roar it
made a few weeks ago anent the
condition of the jail, kicked before
he was spured.
Chairman Briggs, more than two
months ago, sent for a jail supply-
man and they went through the
jail together. The jail supply man
is in attendance on the regular
meeting of the commissioners court
and will probably make a contract
that will relieve the conjested con-
dition of the jail. The Commis-
sioners could not take this matter
up at their last meeting for the rea-

the County of Greer and Territory

after the first publication of this
