ESTATE OF CHARLES T. BLACK,
DECEASED.
Notice is hereby given that W.C.Jar-
j hue, executor of the e-tale cf Charles
T. Black, deceased, has rendered and
1 presented for settlement and filed in
j said court his final account and report
ot" his administration as such executor'
and filed his petition for distribution of
said estate and for his discharge, and
that Saturday, the 24th day of March,
1917, at 9 o'clock in the forenoon of said
day at the county court room, in the
city of Altus, in said county of Jackson,
has been duly appointed by the court
for settlement of said account and for
the hearing of said petition at the time
and place named.
Any person interested in said estate
may appear and tile his exceptions in
writing to said account and contest the
same and may file his exceptions to said
petition to distribution.

official seal of said court this 27th lay of
