bridges the following was offered by Commis-
sioner Sturgis, to-wit. viz:
Whereas, tin board of county commissioners
of Logan county. Oklahoma, advertised for
sealed bids for the erection of a bride across the
Cottonwood river on Noble avenue in the city
of (iuthrie. Oklahoma, and the bid of David
Swank being the lowest for building said
bridge the said bid was accepted on the lStti
day of October. A. D. 18«6 and
Whereas, the said David swank and the
board of county commissioners at. this date,
October 15th. 1806. have been unable to agree
upon terms of contract, we hereby dec lare all
previous proceedings relative to contract and
bid of the said David Swank for building said
bridge as herein stated null and void.
And having before us the following commun-
ication from George M. DeOroff, cit> clerk of

by action of the public improvement con^it-
