organization continued its contract

We, the undersigned, all of whom
are residents and citizens of the State
of Oklahoma, do hereby voluntarily
associate ourselves together for the
purpose of forming a corporation,
without capital stock, under the laws
of the State of Oklahoma.
1.
The name of this corporation shall
be Oklahoma Wheat Growers' Asso-
ciation.
II.
The purpose for which the Okla-
homa Wheat Growers' Associstion is
formed are:
(a) To promote, foster and encour-
age the business of producing and
marketing wheat co-operatively; to'
minimize speculation and waste, in
the production and marketing of
wheat and wheat products; to stabil-
ize wheat markets; to handle co-op-
eratively and collectively the prob -j
lems of wheat growers;
(b) To engage in any activity in
connection with the production,
