have turned back the pages of Time tn the reach Revolution for their In-
spiration. as very prominent among the new styles are many modifications
of the bl-cornered hat wblcb Napoleon always wore; and the beautiful
Old Blue is very much favored In trimming vying with the new "Helen '
pink and "Coral" pink and the deep, rich Bulgarian shades for first favor.

lough at his home In New Mexico, was
received here a few days ago. Ben
was well liked by all who knew him.
The family has the sympathy of the
entire community In Its bereavement.
U. L. Mathes hat! quite a serious
accident one evening lately. While
on his way home, the team became
unmanageable and TJ. L. was thrown
from the wagon. One arm was badly
sprained and his face was bruised
and skinned up. The team ran for
about three miles, scattering farm ma-
chinery along the road, finally ending
up in a ditch with a broken wagon
tongue. One horse was caught half
a mile farther on and the other,
about five miles from home.
