noon that the green bugs were work-

noticed that the plant was losing its
color. Investigation brought out
the fact that bugs were at work on
the plant. The expected has hap-

says he exiiects to see the crop go.

Ralph RIkks In a College Boy
"A College Hoy," an old English
comedy, rewritten and Americanized,
with Ralph Riggs. a very clever
young comedian, In the title role,
made good at the Grand lasi. night.
Full of tangling situations and fetch-
ing comedy, "A College Hoy ' i* one
of the best attractions which has l>een
here this season. The story deals
with a widow who has married the
second time to a man ten years her
junior. She comes with her husband
to visit an old school master, a friend
of her girlhood days. She endeavors I
to explain the fact of her secondl
marriage to the old professor, who
however, misunderstanding her pur-
pose, thwarts the woman to explain, J
taking it for granted the husband is
Freddy, her son, by her first husband,
and immediately makes preparations
to put the supposed young man in his
school, an Institution for boys. Here
the young man's troubles begin, and
the story then is woven about his
school life. The denouement occurs
in due time, and matters are set rigiit.
