construct cement sidewalks
according to certain plans
and specifications, the

viding a penalty for

Be it ordained by the Board of
Trustees of the town of Foss,
Oklahoma:
Section 1.—'That properly own-
ers are hereby required to con-
f-truat cement sidewalks accord-
ing to the following plans and
specifications: On the north side
of block twenty-three (23), on
the south side of block twenty
(20); on the east side of block
