the car involved in
the accident in the ar-
ea and pulls it over.
Gregory arrives and
speaks with the three
occupants, Sunni Gul-
lett, Rachael Fortney,
and Nicholas Jacobs.

All three give Greg-
ory different state-
ments about who was
driving during the ac-
cident. Gullett tells
Gregory that Fortney
was driving but she
took the blame. Gul-
lett admits to hav-
ing one beer. She say s
that after the accident
they went to Kum &
Go and switched driv-
ers. Gregory admin-
isters a field sobriety
test and determines
she is too intoxicated

She says they were
driving from Nelag-
oney when they hit
something. She says
they didn’t know what
they hit and didn’t
stop. Gregory asks her for a drunk guest try-

and she says “I don’t
know.” Gregory notic-

cohol. She says she
drank one beer and
smoked some weed
at her grandparent's
house before the acci-
dent. She says she was
aware that there was a
man walking on Okesa
Road before the acci-

ever we hit, it just
went straight over.
Not like an armadil-
lo, like a raccoon or
something like that,
it wasn’t big.” She ad-
mits she was the driv-
er during the accident.
Gregory asks her why
she didn’t get out
and check what hap-
pened and she says
“It’s a piece and I gave
$1,200 for it. I wasn’t
worried about it."
Gregory administers a
field sobriety test and
determines she is too
intoxicated to drive
safely. Officers f ind

ficers flag him down

and leave. Wilmo-
tt finds the guest and
asks him what’s go-
ing on. He says he has
money to spend but
the casino is trying to
kick him out. He says
“I'll do whatever you
want I just want to go
home." Wilmott sug-
gests he finds a ride
or calls a cab. He calls
a cab and waits with-
out incident. As the
cab arrives Wilmott
leaves the area. Wilm-
ott is then flagged
down again by a secu-
rity officer. The offi-
cer tells W ilmott that
the man punched him
in the face. Wilmott
looks in the cab and
sees the man laying
on his back. W ilmo-
tt pulls him out of the
van after some resis-
tance and places him
in handcuffs. The se-
curity officer tells
Wilmott that he was
trying to speak with
the cab driver and
the guest pulled out a
stack of cash and said
he had more mon-
ey than he makes in a
week. He then put his
hand in his face and
said "F*** you, you
punk *** pig." And
tried to fight the secu-
rity officer.

owner tells Jones that
there were people all
dressed up while drill-
ing on his vehicles. He
shows Jones spots on
his cars and says they
are vandalized. Jones
doesn't notice any
damage to the cars.
Jones notices he has
a loaded .40 caliber
handgun and a loaded
12 gauge shotgun.
