" I was in a very low state o? health, and was not able to
be up and tend to my duties. I did try Cardui, and soon
began to feel better. I got able to be up and help do my
housework. I continued to take the medicine, and now I
am able to do my housework and to care for my children,
and I feel as though I could never praise Cardui enough

Cardui is successful, because It is made especially for
women, and acts specifically on the womanly constitution.
Cardui does one thing, and does it welL that explains
tbe great success which it has had, during the past 50 years
in helping thousands of weak and ailing women harfr \q
beakh and happiness.
If yoo are a woman, feel tired, dull, and are nervous,

in every way as a special, tonic remedy for women. Test
it for yourself. Your druggist sells Cardui. Ask him.

What kiad of booze are they dispens-

dispatch dated at Fort Smith reads as
follows:
• A creature conforming with the gen

and four supposed eye witnesses is the
story that has gained much comment at

of a fa/mer. The eye witnesses to the
unnatural occurence were keeping watch
at tbe house when the weird creature
entered. He carried a heavy chain

and a long growth of red hair, they say.
His face was apparently pain'ed red,
and on his forehead a small set of burns
had been fastened. Tbe watchers be
came so alarmed that they fled and
when they returned they found the cof

If this had occurred in Oklahoma
where the bootleggers rule, the episode
would not have attracted attention, but
coming from the good old state of Ar-

Pimples Would Weep and Form

532 Brunswick St., Baltimore. Md.—
"My baby's face broke out in pimples,
which after bathing would weep and form
scabs until his head

crust and his hair all
fell out. It was cross

,\ Each day It spread

tried several prescriptions, but did not find
any relief. Then I decided to try Cuticura

two or three times the sores dried up and
after a half dozen applications all dis-
figurement disappeared. In less than three
weeks the sores and scales were completely
pone, and baby's skin as smooth and clear
as when he was first bom. Cuticura Soap
and Ointment cured him." (Signed) Mrs.
