district court of the county of Cimarron
and State of Oklahorno, on the 3rd day
of January 1922, in an action irr said
court pending, wherein B. F Behimer
was plaintiff and William A. Bleakley
and Mary E. Bleaklev were defendants
directed to me, the undersigned sheriff
of Cimarron County, Oklahoma, com-
manding me to levy upon and sell, with
out appraisement, the following describ

sum of $183.75, with interest thereon
from the ninth day of June, 1921, atthe

said action taxed at $11.30 and cost ac-
