They lived in Ohio until 1899
when they moved to Scott City
Mo to make their home for about !
a year They then moved to Ok-
lahoma settling at Shawnee She !
came to Stillwater to live in 1912
Since that time she has made her
home with her two dlughters Mrs
Whittenberg in Stillwater and
Mrs Clarence Sanders Tipton
Besides these two daughters she
is survived by one sister Mrs
Virtes Williams Tahlegah and
one granddaughter Catharine
Jane Whittenberg Stillwater
She had been a member of the
Christian church since childhood
