also a liability because the time
comes when one must move on to
other fields of labor It is vith

received us so graciously and

privilege to associate for the last
five years We feel that we have
made many friends during this
time and we shall alwavs remorn-

June 1 1959 in the City Hall
Youth Center Cleveland Oklaho-
ma for furnishing all plant la-
bor andor materials for con-
structing improvements and ad-
ditions to the existing municipal
swimming pool Cleveland Okla-
homa The work to be performed is
separated into three (3) lots as
follows:
Lot I—Furnish equipment for
1000 gpm filtration sys-
tem Lot II—Construct N repairs
and alterations to the exist-
ing swimming pool struc-
ture Lot III—Furnish and install
recirculation system in-
stall equipment furnished
under Lot I and construct
control house
General obligation bonds were
voted for this project at a special
election on May 5 1959 The vote
margin was approximately 2:1
The bond proceedings a n d sale

sa Oklahoma for the City of
Cleveland The bond sale is sche-
duled for May 27 1959 which
will allow actual delivery of bond
funds approximately August 1
1959 Due to the desire of the City
of Cleveland to allow operation
of this pool during a portion of
the 1939 swimming season the
"Cleveland Industrial Commis-
sion" has agreed to guarantee
payment for Lot IL This fact
