Election Proclamation
In accordance with the constitu-
tion and laws of the State of Ok-
lohoma and of a Resolution of the
President and Board of Trustees
of the Incorporated Town of Mul-
drow Sequoyah County State of
Oklahoma duly and regularly
adopted on the 28rd day of Aug-
ust A D 1911 notice is hereby
ordered and proclaimed to pe held
in said Incorporated Town of Mul-
drow on tL 14th day of Septem-
ber A D 1911 for the purpose o
submitting to he qualified prop-
erty tax-paying voters of said In-
corporated Town the following
questions:
"Shall the Board of Trustees of
the Incorporated town of Mul-
drow Sequoyah County State of
Oklahoma be authorized and em
powered to issue the negotiable
coupon bonds of said Town in the
sum of Twenty-six Thousand
(£26000 ) Dollars for the purpose
of raising funds with which to
construct a Waterworks System
and Seven Thousand ($7000)
Dollars with which to construct
an Electric Lighting System with-
in and to be owned and operated
exclusively by said Town and to
provide for the levy and colldction
of an annual tax sufficient to pay
the interest on said bonds as it
falls clue and also to constitute a
sinking fund for the payment of
the principal thereof within twen-
five (25) years from their date
said bonds to bear interest at the
rate of ( (5 per cent ) per centum
per annum payable semi-annually?"
The ballots to be used in said
election shall be substantially in
the following form:
"Shall the Board of Trustees of
the Incorporated Town of Mul
drow Sequoyah County State of
Oklahoma be authorized and em
powered to issue the negotiable
coupon bonds of the said town in
the sum of Twenty-six Thousand
($26000) Dollars for the purpose
of raising funds with which to
