For and in consideration of the mutual promises hereinafter stated, the boards subscribing hereto agree as fol-
lows:
1. The Board of Education of LAngaton School, District No.-70-, of Langton
(City), in Loza n County, has employed-_ Zella Ja Patterson , whose
qualifications have been approved by the State Board of Vocational Education to teach in a reimbursed vocational
homemaking program in day school, in accordance with the State Plan for Vocational Education in operation in
Oklahoma. The homemaking teacher shall devote L:per cent of her time for a period of_ 10months
( 2 ___weeks), service to be within the fiscal year July 1, 19-7 __ to June 30, 19 43 , beginning
- , h,st!h :o7 and ending _-__l. - _----- . She shall be paid a total salary

2. The State Board of Vocational Education, upon receipt of claims at the end of the periods designated, show-
ing that the teacher has received the salary due her for each period, will reimburse the said board in the amount
of $I'0 from vocational funds for the fiscal year 1947-4>_ _. Reimbursement for salary will be
made in the amounts and in the number of payments as shown below.

PROVIDED that: (a) said local board of education shall have already paid the entire salary due the said
teacher to that date, it being understood that the payments herein contemplated are for reimbursement for salary
only; (b) that all reports due the State Supervisor of Home Economics Education shall have preceded or shall ac-
company the claim; (c) and that funds are available.
3. It is agreed by the local board of education and the State Board of Vocational Education this contract may
be terminated at any time within the year by either party giving to the other thirty days' notice.
