Description

  • Content Description: Photograph taken for a story in the Oklahoma City Times newspaper. Caption: "Battered remains of abandoned car is towed off after a 70,000-pound tractor-trailer truck crushed the auto against the guard rail today on I-40, dragging the car nearly 1,000 feet before the truck driver could brake to halt near the Robinson exit, police said. The driver of the 1966 auto told police he had parked the car on the roadside 15 minutes before the accident after the auto ran out of gas. The truck driver was not injured."
