The Express-Star makes no money from the Newspapers in
Education program. All money generated above the cost of the
newspapers will be put back into the NIE program to help classes
without a sponsor or to buy additional learning materials.
The Base
Early players were often hurt
when they ran into the stakes. Those
were replaced by flat rocks, but rocks
weren't much better. Rocks were
ditched in favor of a cloth bag filled
with sand, similar to bases used to-
day.
