SIGNED:
The secretary asked for approval of the expense of approximately $20 entailed
in building a desk and table for the recruiting office. Motion was made by
W.F. Bernhardt that this expense be approved. Motion seconded by L.E. McConkey.
Carried.
It was announced that the Food Stamp Plan had been approved for Payne
County and was to be put in operation by March 1st. The Secretary submitted a
report on the meeting Just concluded in Cushing concerning this matter.
