jail. It offers confinement and

Poundmaster, Cloyce Lewal-
len hates to dispose of a dog,
but its part of his job and it
has to be done. Lewallen tries
to find homes for his tenants
and manages to locate quart-
ers for several each week, but
its an impossible job to place
all the canines when 15 to 20
dogs weekly are deposited.
Like our society, some of the
dogs are good, some are bad.
