Services for Pearl' Hawn
Blanke 39 of Tulsa native
of Chelsea community were
conducted Wednesday morn-
ing from a Tulsa chapel
Burial was In Floral Haven
Cen tiery at Tulsa
Mrs blanke died about
10 o’clock Sunday night at
Doctors hospital in Tulsa
where she had undergone ma-
jor surgery Thursday She
had been in ill health for
some three years
A native of Mayes county
the former Pearl June Hawn
was born in the community
southeast of Chelsea June 9
1929 the daughter of Bob
and Cassie Birge Hawn She
was reared in the community
attended local schools and
graduated from Chelsea high
school She worked for some
time as a saleswoman at the
old Massey department store
Following her marriage
she lived in west Texas at
Borger She and her children
moved to Tulsa about 2H
years ago
Surviving are four children
Kenneth Eugene 17 David
Allen 14 Heide June 7 and
Starr Elaine Blanke 2 of the
home a sister Maebelle
Smith Tulsa and three aunts
