Overton as such Treasurer, will on the third Monday in November, 1908, same being the 16th day of
said month, proceed to sell, between the hour of Nine o'clock a. in. and Four o'clock p. m. of said day,
to the highest bidder for cash, at public sale at the Treasurer's office, where by law taxes are made
payable, all lands, town lots or other real property, cn which taxes are due and unpaid for the year
1907 and if said lands, town lots or are other real property not sold on said day, I will adjourn the
