NOTIFIED AS follows, towit: That
you have been sued by the plaintiff
in the above entitled causc of action,
and in the above entitled court, and
that the plaintiff has filed her peti-
tion in said action, and in said court
against you and each of you, and that
you must answer said petition on or
before the 28th day of March, '912. or
said petition and all allegations there-
in contancd will be taken as true and
judgment rendered against you as
follows:
Judgment in favor of plaintiff and
against the above named defendants,
and against certain real estate towit:
" The South One-Half (S 1-2) ofI
the Southwest Quarter (S W 1-4) and]
the Northeast quarter (N E 1-4) of
the Southwest quarter (S W 1-4) andj
the Southeast suarter (S E 1-4) of,
the Northwest quarter (N W 1-4) of
Section Twenty eight (28) in Town-
ship four (4) North of Range Twenty-
four (21) West of Indian Meridian,
containing one hhndrcd and sixty
acres of land, more or less", in Har-
mon County, Oklahoma, in the sum
of ($717.G<>) Seven Hundred Seven-
teen Hollars and Sixt ySix Cents, to-
gether with interest thereon from the
19th day of August, 1908, at the rate
of 8 per cent per annum, together
with 10 per cent additional on both
principle and interest as attorneys
fees, and costs of this action, and
that the plaintiff be declared and ad-
judged ti) have a first prior and sup-
erior mortgage lien, in, upon and
against the above described real es-
tate by virtue of one certain mort-
gage covering and involving said real
estate, executed, acknowledged and de
livered by the defendants William D
Lyles and Lizzie Lyles, husband and
wife, to Rosa Mack, plaintiff herein,
and bearing date of August 19th. 1908
to secure the payment of one certain
promissory note of same date for the
sum of $481.00, bearing interest at
the rate of 8 per cent per annum, and
seven coupon notes of same date, each
for the sum of $33.88, and each bear-
ing interest at the rate of 8 per cent
per annum, payable annually, said
mortgage and notes being owned and
held by the plaintiff and the sums
hereinbefore set out being now due
and payable thereon by virtue of the
terms and conditions of said notes
and mortgage, and that the said mort-
gage be foreclosed, and the equity of
redemption of all the defendants in
said real estate be foreclosed, and
that if judgment or any part thereof
be unpaid six (6) months from the
date of the rendition thereof, that an
Order of Sale be issued out of said
Court to the Sheriff of said County to
sell said real estate and that said real
estate, be sold on said Order of Sale
without appraisement, as though
taken on exeution, and that the pro-
ceeds of said sale be applied to the
payment of said judgment, includ-
ing attorneys fees, delinquent taxes,
if any. and costs of this action, -and
that the plaintiff will take further
