Acetylene Gas Exhibition-
An exhibition of the illumina-
natinc quality of ascelylene gas
was made at the postoffice Mon-
day night with a view of interest-
ing our people in a venture to
light our city by that means. It
is claimed that this gas can also
ba used for heating and cooking
purposes at a cost of less than
half the amount spent for fuel
now. This ought to be a very
interesting proposition for our
people, and we hope it is fully
investigated. It is through the
efforts of J. W. Bruton that Mr.
H. E. Fuller, from Kansas City,
came here for the purpose of
making this exhibit.
