office of County Clerk for the
second term and is well liked by
every one The bride is a
cultured refined young lady
and has a number of friends and
relatives at this place
The couple will make their
home at Stilwell where the
Groom has bis office

the best wishes for a long and

they have removed the board

gravel they have a crew of men
at work betweene here and
Christie putting in cement cul-
berts Tbeie has been some
talk of this road building a coal
chute here for the parrenger

four years term for assault with
intent to kill by shooting the
city marshel John W Ferguson
at Tahlequah several years ago
and was paroled by Gov Haskell
last summer shot but not ser-
iously wounded Prof Will
Thorne one of the best men in
Tahlequah Sunday He left for
this place immediately The of-
ficers here were notified and a
look out for the bad man was
kept Late Monday afternooD
he was arrested by sherff Good-
rich and posse in a thicket on
the outskirts of town and Tues-
day morning Sheriff Goodrich
left with him for Tahlequah -He
was returned to the pen-
itentiary at McAlester to serve
of his sentence

quah to answer for the crime
