Miss Flora Scott spent thurs
day night in the city, guest of
her friend, Miss Ada Holland.
Miss Alta Holman came in
from Claremore yesterday.
Death of Mr. Cook.
Uncle Jim Cook who has
been sick for several months,
died at his home^in this city
yesterday after noon. He was
about 72 years old ard had
been unusually hale for a man
of his years until the begining
of the sickness which finally
claimed him for a victim. A na
tive of Tennessee, he moved
to Washington County. Aik.,
where he lived until a few
years ago wheuhc removed t-
