on school business. E. J. Mc-
Kinster resigned as clerk of the

from this community motored to
Okarche to see the ball game be-
tween Geary and that town. Un-
judges 9ay to be the best road in
Oklahoma. They look and ride
like boulevards.
The new flag pole, fifty feet
high was put up at the crossing
of Broadway and Main Satur-
day. It is of large gaspipe and
is painted red. white and blue.
The city furnished the pipe and
the flag while the commercial
club' and citizens cf the town did
the rest.
