Mrs. A. S. Brattin and family

Dean Lewis has purchased a nob-
hy new buggy and drives a fast

A large crowd came up from
Oolagah to attend the graduating
exercises, which were held Satur-
day night.
Alma Allison, who has been mak-
ing his home with VVm. Dawnson
and attending school, returned to
his home at Foyil, 1 T.
Misses Bessie and Flossie Garner,
who have beeudiving in town dur-
ing school months, have returned
to their country home. They will
he missed by their young associ-
ates.
Robert Dawson did some courting
at Claremore this week.
It is rumored that the fast train
will stop at this station after the
first of the month.
Mrs. William Freer and little
daughter left last ni^ht for an ex-
tended vi«it at their former home
in Nebraska.
The Sapulpa Light special edi-
tion. in pamphlet form, is a master
piece of work, and shows up that
town to perfection.
They are still fishing tor the drill.
Some new fishing tools were re-
ceived this morning with which the
management hope to be able to
raise the bit.

gris river Sunday. They spent the
day fishing and hunting wild
onions, and report a pleasent day.
Messrs Gyr.n, Gravesand,Beatty,
Davenport and wife, the Misses
Beatty and Grant, chaperoned by
Mrs. Thomas Berthof, enjoyed a
pleasant evening at the home of
S. L Garuer, Sunday The Misses
Beatty rendered some fine selections
on the piano and mandolin^ The
music was enjoyod by every one
School closed Friday evening.
In the afternoon some very appra-
priate recitations were spoken by
pupils of all the rooms, after which
the promotion cards were distribu-
ted by E. Y. Bass, and then all left
for their abodes after telling each
other good bye. Saturday ni^kt
the Grammar Grade had their ex-
ercises at the chureh aud received
iheir diplomas.
Mesdames Bartmess and Bass
were among the south bcund pass-
engers on the 25th.
