for Rogers County, State of Okla-
homa, Plaintiffs,
vs.
Roy Major, George R. Webb and Wil-
liam Major. Defendants.
Civil No. 4224.
Resolution passed at a regular meet-
ing of County Commissioners of
Rogers County, State of Oklahoma,
at a regular session of said Board
held on the 7th day of June, 1920.
Moved by W. E. Sanders, seconded
by W. H. Rogers, That having heard
the Petition of George R. Webb an I
William Major for an order of this
Board relieving and discharging thorn
from liability under a certain Judg-
ment rendered lurainst them on the
2*?th day of May, 1920, in the District
Court of Rogers County, upon the
forfeiture of -a certain bond made and
"xecuted by them as sureties for one
Roy Major; and the Board of County
Commissioners being fully advised:
IT IS ORDERED. That the said
judgment so rendered against George
R. Webb and William Major in what
is known as Civil Case No. 4224 on
the dockets of the District Court of
Rogers County, be, and the same is
recommended by this Board to be dis-
charged and released, save and ex-
cept as to all and any costs that are
required to be paid by the said
George R. Webb and William Major
in relation to this case; and further
that the Clerk of this Court be and
he is hereby ordered and directed to
release and discharge the judgment
so rendered in said case from the
records of his office.
