All Junkers arc kindly invited to
consider the cold tacts, that the
Liberty Loan honds were over
subscribed almost double. That
the Red C^o s donations exctcd d

dollars. That the registration re-
turns footed up about ten million
men of military age and this num-

if the age limit should be extended
from 18 to 40, and if in extremities
the age limit should be stretched as
it is inGtrmany from 15 to 60 we
would register more than 3O mill-

a great war campaign. Thai
vast numbeis of merchant sbips
are being built that will rapidly in
crease the shipments cf merchan
dise from thia country, still farthei
increasing our daily income. That
vast numbers of small war ships are
being built to combat ami destroy
the Gtrman submarine, and as that
danger is dimidished shipments of
merchandise will increase. Grest
numbers of areoplsnes art baing
built, that will help greatly to locate
the submatines so they can be de-
stroyed by the small ship watching
tor them, and to locate the big guns
and movements of the Germans to
they can be destroyed and counter
acted. That great numbers of
skilled men are already in Russia
helping that people to get their rail-
loads in effective operation so the
atiniescanbe supplied and let in
.ic ive operation against the Ger.
mans, and in endless ways helping .
the new Russian government to get
things untangled and in working
order so they can continve the war
with the enormous resources they
have when once they can get tnings
in shape so they can use the means
they have. That those things ate
only n part of the important things
we aie doing to wia the war in the
short time since we become actually
involved in the troudie
