posing of part of his stock and
farm implements.

Said defendent, Clifford Ames, will
take notice that he has been sued in
the district court of Rogers county,
Oklahoma, by his wife, Maud Ames,
for an absolufe divorce and for the
restoration of plaintiff's maiden name
of Maud Beatty, on the grounds of
gross neglect of duty and abandon
ment for more than one year next prior
to the filing of said petition; and must
answer the petition filed therein by
said plaintiff on or before the 5th day
of April, 1913, or said petition will be
taken as true and judgment for said
plaintiff will be rendered granting a
decree of absolute divorce from the
defendant, said decree to take effect
after six months from the date of the
rendition thereof, and restoring the
plaintiff her maiden name of Maud

his petition duly and properly verified
representing to the court that W. R.
Williams on the 19th day of October,
1910, did sell the hereinafter described
real estate to him, J. C. Bell, which
real estate is particularly described
as follows, towit:

R. A.^Reynolds and daughter,
Miss Bertha, left Monday morn-
ing for Clovis, Npw Mexico, on
account of the latter's health.
.. i*s Bertba is one of Inola's
mi.st highly respected and ac-
complished young ladies, and one
of Rogers county's successful
school teachers. She was given
a position in the Inola public
schools last fall but had to give
up her position early in the
term on account of failing health.
Mr. Reynolds will remain with
her for a couple of weeks.1 That
is a fine climate and it is hoped
that her health will soon be re-
stored.

for title to said land to said J. C. Bell;
that said J. C. Bell is now the legal
and equitable owner of said Bond for
Title and entitled to the rights there-
under; that the conditions and pay-
ments due under said Bond for Title
have been fully complied with in so
far as the grantee thereof is concern-
ed except that there is now due from
the grantee to the grantor of said Bond
for Title the sum of $33.45; that he, J.
C. Bell, is now ready, willing and
able to pay said sum of $33.45 when
he has been furnished with a good
and sufficient title to said lands or
parcel.
That said J. C. Bell, in his said
petition, prays that same be set down
for hearing and notice of such hearing
be given as required by law, and that
upon final hearing of said petition the
administratrix of the estate of W. R.
Williams, who is now deceased. Hat-
tie Williams, be ordered and directed
to make to him, J. C. Bell, a good and
sufficient deed to said real estate.
It is therefore ordered, adjudged
and decreed that said petition be and
that it is hereby set for hearing on
the 14th day of March, 1913, at the
county court room, in the city of Clare-
more, Rogers county, Ktate of Okla-
homa, at the hour oif ten o'clock a. m.,
at which time all persons objecting to
the granting by this court an order
authorizing and decreeing said Hat-
tie Williams, as administratrix of the
estate of W. R. Williams, deceased, to
execute the proper conveyance of said
real estate to said J. C. Bell, must
appear and file his objections or make
same to the court or else they
will be forever estopped from so doing
and the said real estate will be con-
veyed to said J. C. Bell.
It is futher order that notice of said
hearing be given by publishing this
order in the Inola Register, a news-
paper published at Inola, Oklahoma,
for four successive weeks.
In witness whereof I have hereunto
set my hand and the seal of said court
on this the 6th day of February, 1913.
