The Gospel Team of the Methodist
Church went to Catoosa Sunday af-
ternoon and held a splendid service.
Mrs. A. L. Minyard enjoyed a visit
the first of the week from her daugh-
ter, Miss Kathleen Minyard, of Hol-
denville.
J. W. Patton has returned to his
home in Medora, 111., after a visit with
his brother, R. A. Patton, of the First
National Bank.
Mr. Burris, of Enid, was in the city
on business the first of the week. He
is a member of the Board of Educa-
tion at that place.
Mr. and Mrs. Will Pierce, of Vinita,
; spent the first of the week in the city
visiting Mr. and Mrs. George Hale
and Mr. and Mrs. R. A. Atkisson.
Many of our citizens have begun to
plant their gardens, while several who
planted their gardens early have let-
tuce and onions ready for Easter din-
ner.
Mrs. A. A. Swift was hostess to the
Quest club Monday afternoon. The re-
view of the book, "The Progress of
Saints," was given by Miss Alma
Mendenhall, and was appreciated.
S. R. Hull is reported to have a
good well in first and second break
in the lime center of 26-21-16, five
and one-half miles southeast of Clare-
more. Well will be shot the first of
next week.
The G. W. Webster test in the
northeast corner of the southwest of
24.19-16, opens a real extension to
the Inola pool. The top of the sand
was found at 792 feet There was 17
feet of sand, 14 of which was pay.
The well is making 126 barrels after
a shot and will certainly be a big
money-maker for Mr. Webster, who
owns 1,700 acre* in that vicinity.
The little son of Mr. and Mrs. Dale
Salyer, residing at the home of his
mother on East Third street, died on
Monday morning about 10 o'clock, of
flu awl pneumonia, after a short ill-
nese. Funeral services were conduct-
ed at the home on Tuesday afternoon
by E. W. Martin, minister of the
Christian church, and interment made
in Woodlawn.
B. H. Heater, editor of the Chelsea
Reporter, was in Oai—ais Monday
attending the aseeting of the Fafc As-
sociation, and he rsparta that they are

Notice is hereby given that pursu-
ant to an order of sale issued out of
the office of the court cleric of Rog-
ers county, State of Oklahoma, on
the 20th day of March, 1920, in an
action wherein the Oklahoma Farm
Mortgage Company, a corporation,
was plaintiff, and Nannie Parsley, A.
F. Parsley, Blanche Kight, H. TSBr
Kight, The National Bank of Clare,
more, Oklahoma, a corporation, and
A. E. Streeter were defendants, di-
rected to me, the undersigned sheriff
| of Rogers county, State of Okahoma,

sell, without appraisement, the fol-
lowing decribed lands and tenements,
in the following manner, towit:
