I he foregoing petition came on for
hearing before the board, and upon
due consideration the same was
granted and approved, and it was re-
solved by the board that such exami-
nation be made as requested in said
petition, and the county clerk was bv
the Board of County Commissioners
directed to notify the State Examiner
and Inspector of the action on said pe-
tition, and to request that an exam-
iner be furnished to make such nxam-
lnation as soon as possible after the
oth day of January, 1919.
At this meeting it was decided to
re-advertise for bjds for the construc-
tion of a steel bridge over the Verdi-
gris nver near Sageeyah and the fol-
lowing .notice was ordered:
NOTICE TO CONTRACTORS
In accordance with the order of the
Board of County Commissioners of
the County of Rogers, Oklahoma, at a
regular meeting held on December 2,
1J18, notice is hereby given that
sealed bids will be received at the
county clerk's office at the county
seat of said county, at Claremore, up
to 9 o clock A. M., on Monday, Janu-
ary 6, 1919, for the building of a steel
bridge over the Verdigris river on the
hue between Sections 13 and 14 in
Township 22 north, Range 15 east.
Plans and specifications can be seen
and are upon file in the office of the
Claremore1* Rogen County,.at
A certified check for 10 per cent of
tho amount bid must accomnany each
bid, and the Board of County Com-
missioners reserves the right to ac-1
•cept or reject any or all bids.
