horn*, W. D. Hotchixu a policeman of
said City of Claremore, while in the
discharge of his duty as such police-
man, was murdered by one Cecil Fits-
gerald, colored; and,
WHEREAS said Cecil Fitzgerald
has not been apprehended and is now
at large and a fugitive from justice:

haa offend a reward of One Hundred
Fifty Dollars ($160.00) for said Cecil
Fitxgerald, and the Maaonk Lodge of

fered a reward in the sum of One
Hundred Fifty Dollars, for the arrest
and delivery of said negro murderer,
at Claremore;
NOW THEREFORE, I, R L. Will-
iams, Governor of the state of Okla-

ed in me by the laws of this State, do

tion as a member of the house to
which he has just been re-elected
after 18 years of service, will be sub-
nutted in afew days.

lations with Secretary MeAdoo have
