sion Laws 1910. wt- submit, herewith, for your consideration the
within statement of the fiscal condition of the city of Terlton, county
of Pawnee, State of Oklnhoma, for the fiscal year beginning Jnly 1st,
191a, and ending June 30th 1913, together with an itemized state-
ment of the estimated needs thereof for the fiscal year beginning Jnly
1st 1913. aud ending June 30th 1914.

Itemized Estimate For Current Expenses For The Fiscal Year Be-
ginning Jnly 1st and Ending Jane 30th 1914.
At a meeting of the city council-Board of Trustees—held on the
first Monday in July 1913 pursuant to the provisions of Section a,
of Chapur 64, Session Laws of 1910, the following itemized estimste
for current expenses for the fiscal year beginning July 1st 1913 tIld
ending June 30th 1914, was adopted; said estimate wa< subsebuently
on the 17th day of Jnly, 1913. abvertised by publication in the Terl-
ton Enterpr 1 sx, a newspaper published and of Rener l circulation
in ssid county, the dste of publication being within five days after the
completion of said estimate, that said estimate was certified to the Ex
cise Board witbio five days after it was completed by filing a copy
with the County Clerk of Pawnee C rnnty on the of July, 1913, sf
ter being duly signed and sealed by all members of said Board.
