approved by the Capital Issues

tically all Companies, as the
Government has adopted the at-
titude that securities should ot

The County Council orders
that no straw' be burned. The
man who destroys straw this
year is committing an act un-
friendly to the Government.
The new straw should be held
for feed and the old straw used
for fertilizer.
The County Council of Defense
is now organizing School Dis-
trict Council of Defense in every
disttict in Blaine county and in
some districts where the organi-
zation has not been active they
are being reorganized. We de-
sire every citizen to bear this in
mind and when the organizer for
the County Council reaches your
