matter that the said B. F. Noah, the

able Lee Cruce, Governor of the State

Parole.
WHEREAS, Alex Bates, was on the
llth day of February, 1911, convicted
of the crime of larceny of domestic
animals and was on the consideration
of the District Court of the County of
Blaine, sentenced to a term of 3 years
in the State Penitentiary; and
WHEREAS, the said Alex Bates is
desirous of obtaining a parole from the
Governor of the State of Oklahoma.
Now, therefore, you and all persons
are hereby notified that the said Alex
Bates has presented his application to
the Governor of the State of Oklahoma,
praying that said Governor grant to
him a parole in said matter.
You are further notified that said
application wiH be heard before the
Honorable Lee Cruse, Governor of the
State of Oklahoma, on the 2nd day of
February, 1913, at 10 o'clock A. M., at
( Oklahoma City, Oklahoma or as soon
thereafter as the same can be heard.
