Gentlemen:
In pursuance of the provisions of Section 12680 compiled Okla-
homa Statutes 1931 as amended by H B 503 1937 Legislature
application is hereby made for supplemental appropriations with
which to meet the legal and ordinary expenses of the above named
County for the remainder of the fiscal year ending June 80 1965
In support hereof we do hereby certify:
FIRST: That certain of the
appropriations heretofore made
are inadequate to properly main-
tain the needs of saidCbunty for
the current fiscal year and that
the public welfare and needs of
said County are such -as to re-
quire for the 'remainder of said
year for the legal and ordinary
expenses the additional appro-
priations as listed and set forth
by purpose and amounts in Ex-
hibit “A” hereto attached and
made a part hereof
SECOND: That the financial
statement hereto attached and
marked Exhibit “B” shows as of
June 15 1955 the true and correct
fiscal condition of the General
Fund of said County and same
reflects a surplus in the sum of
$717859 over and above the reve-
nue provided and accumulated for
the current year
