Sunday morning
Last Tuesday and Wednesday Mrs
Robert N ester came out and gave a
very interesting course on teaching
from the kindergarten up to the in-
termediates We had several visitors
from Avard Wakita Byron Bur
lington and other towns around who
were interested in making them'
selves better teachers for thesis var-
ious groups Everyone who attended
from this church say they were
greatly benefited by her two day
course One of the main points
brought out by Mrs Nester was
that teachers should never accept a
job of teaching unless they are in'
terested in the souls of the people
they are to teach She says teachers
must teach from the heart and not
from the quarterly Quarterlies are
only an aid to teaching
Next Sunday being Easter Sunday
we should all be in attendance to
have our faith hope and love re-
newed and restored The world to-
day does not give proper importance
to the resurrection of Christ
Easter ia a time for reaffirming
our faith in the future of mankind
It is the time when we should help
implant hope to replace despair in
the hearts of the world’s unfortun
ate
"If ye then be risen with Christ
seek those things which are above
where Christ sitteth on the right
hand of God" Colossians 3:1
What’s wrong with the town may
be expressed in these words "We
have too many people who express
high ideals from their lips but prac
tice dirty lowdown living 'in their
everyday lives"
