Notice to Water Users
The mode of collecting water
rentals has been changed In
future the books and receipts
will be kept at the Oklahoma
State Bank by J C Kelly town
treasurer where water patrons
will call and pay their water
dues
Failure to pay by the 15th
the water will be cut off and a
charge made for turning it on
again as provided by city ordi-

and cities handle the collecting
of water rentals and is the busi-
ness way ' of doing it The
change of system is made in the
interest of efficiency and econo-
my in the water department ’
