ALL SCHOOLS IN BIG PARADE
Superintendent E R Bell who
has been visiting the country schools
for two weeks stated this morning
that practically every country school
in the county will be represented in
the exhibits and parade at the No-
wata County Free Fair The country
schools are enthusiastic over the fair
and the 'keenest rivalry is being
shown
The school athletics for the fair
is in charge of H K Maxwell of the
Nowata schools who is arranging to
have teams present from every school
in the county The students of the
Nowata city schools will not compete
in the athletic events a9 the larger
enrollment and services of a coach
gives the Nowata school an undue
advantage The only event in which
the Nowata school Will compete will
be the tug of war when the boys of
the Nowata school will pull against
the boys from all of the schools of
the county This will be one of the
feature events of the fair and it is
expected that it will be necessary to
get a drilling cable to accommodate
