The norther Sunday and Monday
was a howling success, and as our gar-

changed hands, Messrs. Brooks &
Hunts retiring and Messrs. Ketbly &
Waddelow assuming control. Brooks
& Hunts were both pleasant and ac-
commodating men to deal with and
we bespeak for the new proprietors
the same generous treatment. Mr.
Keathly has been associated in the
butcher business in Ralston before
and will strive to please his custo-
mers in both quality and price. The
Exponent wishes the new firm abund-
ant success.

Frank Frazier had his second hand
goods that have been stored in a va-1
cant building hauled to the depot Sat-'
urday. The merchandise will be ship-
ped to Keifer.

Report of Town Justiee.
There has been 80 arrests made
sisce May 13, 1907, for violations of
city ordinances, and the fines assess-
ed amounting to $516, of this amount
$486 has been collected and turned in
to the town treasury, leaving a bal-
of $30 not yet collected.
