against William Herman who
made homestead entry No. 7680,
dated September 96th, 1803, on
the uw| section 35, township 11,
n. of range 15 west of the Indian
Meridiau in Washita county, Okla-
homa Territory, with a view to the
cancellation of said entry, said con-
testant alleges; That the said entrv-
man William Herman has wholly
abauduned said tract and changed
his residence theiefrom for more
than six months since making said
entry, and next prior to the date
liftreiiii that said tract is not settled
upon and cultivated by said party
as revuircd by law; aud that all of
said defaults exist at tba present
time.
Therefore the said parties are
hereby summoned to appear at the

Oklahoma Territory, on the 7 day

Olds, who made homestead entry No.
5078. dated Oklahoma City, July 30th,

abandoned said land and changed his
