settlers of Washita county, Okla-
homa territory, that according to
the laws of Oklahoma territory,
all section lines are to be left for
public highways for a space of two
(2) rods on each side of the line,
and that no person haa any rtght
to fence up or otherwise obstruct
any of these eection lines, whether
in use at the present time or not,
and that all such section lines
must be left open snd clear at all
timea for the uee of the public.
Complaint haa been made at
this offioe of numerous caeee where
settlers hare fenced up the aeetion
tinea, and notioe is hereby given
that all such persons are tress-
passing upon the publie highways,
and unless such fences are at once
removed, and the lines cleared,
the said tresspassers are liable to
proeecutkm for obetruoting the
highways.
