FROM BANK TO MOUTH
"Hand to Mouth" is the life condition of many
people in this world. Often it is thru lack of adapt-
ability or opportunity. But generally it is due to too
lavish spending.
"Bank to Mouth" is the ideal condition. People
who husband their earnings and put their surplus in a
bank always have money when they need it. Treading
on the thin ice of "Hand to mouth" does not appeal to
them.
The man who puts off opening an account "until
tomorrow "invariably finds that tomorrow is just as
far away.
Please consider this an invitation to open an account with this
bank TODA Y. The man of tomorrow is always looking
for something he doesn't have today.

Monday night at the J. L.
Vance home, the Methodists
gathered to participate in the
weinie roast given by O.O.Men-
denhall's and the Young People's
classes as a result of the contest
which closed a few weeks ago
and ending in a tie. Upon the
arrival of the guests a huge camp
fire greeted us in the canyon east
of the house where with pitch-
forks, wires and sticks we soon
had rich, rare, jucy weinies
steaming for the crowd, which room being out of fix causes hei

After games, and sport of dif-

house where we indulged in
classicaland grand opera singing,
bringing to a close our evening's
jollification with some splendid
old Methodist church hymn s,
and rah rahs for J. L. and his
hospitable family and home.
