The Session La vs of the year
1915 provide thut any person
who shall willfully or knowingly
obstruct or damage any public
road by throwing refuse or de
bris thereon, or otherwise ob-
struct the side or cross drains or
ditches thereof, etc. shall be
deemed a misdemeanor, and up-
on conviction shall be fined not
less than five dollars nor more
two hundred dollars, or by im-
prisonment in the county jail for
not exceeding six months, or by
both fine and imprisonment.
Notice is hereby given the |
public that the Board of County
Commissioners of Canadian cour-
ty will put forth every effort in
the future to see that the fore-
going section of law is enforced
and parties found guilty of vio-
lating this law will be prosecu-
ted to the fullest extent of the
law.
