Mrs. H. A. Todd attended the
funeral of her nepew's baby at
Geary to-day. It has only been
about two weeke since the other
baby, a twin to this one died,
Chas. Yock who has had charge
of the Home Bakery for the past
five or six months, has resigned
the position and left Sunday for
El Reno. He is undecided as to
where he will locate. His many
friends here are sorry of his de-
parture from our city.
The editor of the Chieftain was
| quite sick last week and the pa-
pers consequently were later than
usual, however he is able to be
up again, but if the paper is not
up to usual standard this week
we hope you will excuse us on
the grounds of lack of energy on
our part.
