Completely, Sir!
Yes, from TOP to TOE! We are prepared to
outfit any man in town, with satisfartory body
covering, from his shoes to his hat and from his
"unders" to his overcoat. There's variety
enough in our stock so give you a chance to use
your discrimination and choose the furnishings
you like best and the prices are as low as we
dare make them for the quality of merchandise
on our shelves. We don't relish the idea of your
buying a suit or shirt here, and then go elsewhere
for your next one,-hence we keep the quality of
our goods right up to standard all the time, sell-
ing for a price that is obviously reasonable.
Result: You come again!

HIT BY BLIZZARD
The nice, warm weather of last
week took a change for the worse
Sunday evening when the wind
swung to the north and it began
snowing. Snow fell all night and
all day Monday and with a heavy
north wind, and the thermometer
considerably below the freezing
point, one was reminded that old
winter had swooped down upon
us. At least eight or ten inches
of snow fell in the 24 hours and
the wind has drifted it so badly
it is almost impossible to get a
team over the roads. Harley
Temple drove his Wallis tractor
through the streets Tuesday and
broke the roads sufficiently to
get around town but the country
roads will require considerable
working to get them in good
shape.
The passenger train went east
on time Monday morning but
we have had no trains since. The
cuts are so filled with snow it is
useless for the railroad company
to try to operate trains until the
snow has been removed. Nothing
has been done, at this writing,
in the way of clearing the tracks
and it will probably be a week at
least before the train
service is resumed, if the weather
remains favorable.
FARMERS TRADING COMPANY
GAVE AWAUMAS TURKEYS
D. W. Pieratt, manager of the
Farmers Trading company store,
"pulled off" a little advertising
stunt this week by giving his
cash customers a ticket on a tur-
key, for every dollor traded at
their store. There were four tur-
keys to be given away and Xmas
eve the drawing took place at
the store. Chas. V. Craft was the
first lucky one to draw a turkey;
D. W. Buckner, second; Rev.
AmosM. Loy, third; Mrs. Ben
Berends the fourth one.
