NOTICE
The State of Oklahoma, to B. E. Bryan
and Mrs. B. E. Bryan:
You are hereby notified that The
Walton Trust Company, a corporation,
the plaintiff in the above cause on May
18, 1925, filed its petition, containing
two causes of action, in the District
Court of Craig County, Oklahoma,
against the defendants, Q. P. McGhee
Cecil McGhee, B. E. Bryan; and Mrs.
B. E. Bryan. the wife of B. E. Bryan,
whose given name is unknown to plain-
tiff. and that you must answer said
petition on or before the 27th day of
February, 1926, or said petition will be
taken as true, and judgment rendered
in favor of plaintiff, and against said
defendants, as prayed for in said peti-
tion.
Plaintiff sues on its first cause of
action, to recover $180.00 with interest
thereon from October 10. 1924, at the
rate of ten per cent per annum, I
er with the "urn of $3.65 abstract ex-
pense, $50.00 attorney’s fees and costs
on a certain promissory note executed
by Q. P. McGhee and Cecil McGhee,
dated October 10. 192.3, and to fore-
close a mortgage given to secure the
payment of said note on the following
described land, to-wit:
The South one-halt of Southwest
Quarter of Section 12, Township
27 North, Range 20 East, contain-
ing eighty acres, more or less in
Craig County Oklahoma;
subject, however, to prior mortgage in
the sum of $1800.00 and accumulated
interest thereon.
Plaintiff sues to recover on its
second cause of action, the sum of
$300.00 with interest thereon at the
rate of ten percent per annum from

ministrator of the estate of Carl F.
Maueratorger deceased, has rendered
and preaentad for settlement, and filed
in said Court his final account and re-

trihution of said estate and for his dte-
charge; and that the 15th day of Feb-
ruary, 1926, being a day of the regular
term of Court to-wit; of the January
