signed sheriff of Lincoln county, Oklahoma
territory, commanding me to levy upon,
without appraisement and se.i the following
described property. Jo-wit: The southeast
quarter ('+) of section twenty-five (25) in
township thirteen (13) north range three
east Mercian in L ncoln
county, Ok.ahoma territory* to satisfy a
judgment and decree of foreclosure in
favor of tie Randall Company, a corpora-
tion, ji.aict.fi. and agiiast Edgar n. SVeet.
and Ida Z. Sweet, his wife, defendants,
obtained and mace in said courton the 16th
day of May, 1905. for the sum • of five
hundred sixteen dollars and twenty-six
cents ($5i6 26) with interest at 12 per
cent per annum from the said 16th day ' of
May, 1905, together with an attorney's fee
of $50.
Now, therefore, I will on the 8th day of
January, 19l't>, at the hour of 2 o'clock
p m. of said cay, at the front door cf the
tnu't house in the city of Chandler. Lin-
n county, Ol.ahoma territory, offer for
sale and se.l to the highest bidder for cash

Jacobs deceased, the undersigned, as the
executor of the estate of said deceased,

plaintiff, obtained a judgment agiinst The

fendant. and directed to me the un ersi^ned
sheriff of Lincoln county, Oklahoma terri-

praise, advertise and s-11, according to law,

The oil well derrick and rig on the "south-

lahoma territory, to satisfy said judgment
and decree for the sum of $224.05, for the
further sum of $7.75 costs with interest at

closure of a mechanic's lien, in favor of
the plaintiff and against the defendant. I
have levied on the above described proper-
ty and caused the same to be appraised for
