they wish.

After so long a time will send Maggie’s
photo; you can see how she has grown, and she
is so sweet and smart. This was taken on the
day she was six months old. We think there is
no girl like her. She can say mamma and pa-
pa, and it sure sounds good. She has six teeth
now.
When is Mr. Cripe coming over? We are
anxious to have the papers fixed up.
Maggie is coming to see Grand.na Cripe some
day. Yours truly, Mrs. C.
1 am sending you little Cloyd’s picture. I
hope to see it m the Friend this month. He is
very dear to us indeed. 1 have raised nine chil-
i i( n of my own and can say with ail my heart I
love little Floyd just as well as I do my own I
would not make any difference between them.
His Papa and Grandpa are just foolish over
iini. I sometimes think we love him too well.
->ut God knows he was so little and helpless
when we took him, and now he is strong and
prom i si ng.
1 only prav God to hffp us raise him rmht.
Dear Mrs. Cripe:
As I am home again will write you. Ralph
is well and doing tine. He is sitting' by me now,
says he is writing to his Grandma. He always
has to do what he sees me do, so he thinks he is
writing to you also He talks very well now,
but he has been slow learning to talk. What he
says is pretty plain.
When.are you coming to see us? Will be glad
to have you any time. Regards to all. Mrs M
