The employes of Tom Cooper will
have their annual ; banquet tit (hi
Chamber of Commerce tonight.
The total number of men and wo
men employed by Mr. Cooper in tho
local plant and the branches at P.lng
ling and Wllspn Is more than 100
and it has been customary with thi
company to servo an annual Christ-
mas feast to everybody connected
with the various establishments.
Incidentally the show window of
Tom Cooper's garage on West Wain
street is about the most attractive
one in the city.
It represents a snow scene with
Christmas suggestions with the cen-
ter of attraction on a Ford sedan
with an Invitation written thereon
"Present It to her for a Christmas
gift."
Mr. Cooper states that the Ford
business for the year about to clone
has been all that he could expect
and the firm through its various
branches has delivered nearly S00
Ford cars of nil classes. He says
he could have delivered several hun-
dred more could he have received
them from the factory early in the
year.
